Handling & Delivery Time

Handling Time (In-Stock Items): Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

Handling Time (Pre-Order Items): Shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the official release date in Japan.

Transit Time: All orders are shipped via tracked express carriers (DHL/FedEx). Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days after shipment depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, 

and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the 

sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item 

price or shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control these 

charges. Please check with your local customs office for more 

information before placing your order.
