Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Express (EMS) takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes! All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Q: Will I be charged customs or import duties?
A: For US customers, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning customs duties are covered — no surprise charges at delivery. For other countries, import duties may apply depending on your local regulations.

A: Absolutely. All products are 100% authentic, sourced directly in Japan.
