■ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

■ Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options to international destinations:

・Standard Shipping — Tracked, 7–14 business days
・Express EMS — Tracked, 3–7 business days
・Express (FedEx) — Coming soon

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

■ United States — DDP Shipping

All orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means customs duties and import taxes are paid in advance on your behalf — no additional charges upon delivery.

■ Other Countries

For all other destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

■ Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

■ Packaging
